Eplucher les pommes, les couper en petits morceaux en ayant pris soin d&rsquo;\u00f4ter le coeur avant et les mettre dans une casserole avec un peu d&rsquo;eau sur feu doux.<br \/>\n2. Rajouter le zeste du citron, la cannelle, le sucre, le miel et la vanille. Faire cuire pendant 30 \u00e0 40 minutes (ou plus si on aime la compote r\u00e9duite en pur\u00e9e) en remuant de temps en temps.<br \/>\n3. Avant la fin de la cuisson, ajouter le jus du citron.<br \/>\n4.
